• Overseeing the day to day operations
• Ensuring standards and the high quality of product are maintained, in order to achieve our clients expectations
• Maximising output and controlling truck movements and schedules in order to adhere to the delivery times of our clients
• Maintaining our strong safety culture and ensuring safe work practices are adhered to
• Following up on WH&S related issues including maintenance and machinery issues
• Training and supervising the performance of all laundry employees
• Scheduling of employees according to business demands
