Description:
Robert Half has partnered with a firm that focuses on real-estate and in state and federal court receiverships in their search for a contract Law & Motion Attorney.
Position: Law & Motion Attorney
Location: Remote (ideally one week onsite and transition to remote)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting motions via templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Active membership in the California State Bar.
Proficiency in MS Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
