Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial, condominium, and residential real estate transactions.
- Drafting, organizing, and maintaining corporate records.
- conduct corporate searches and prepare corporate minute books and constating documents.
- Act as liaison between clients, law clerks, lenders, real estate/mortgage brokers and agents and all municipalities.
- Conduct and review title and off-title searches.
- Prepare final legal reports and accounts.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Assist with drafting commercial contracts.
