We are currently seeking a Lawyer through to Senior Associate to join this Mergers & Acquisitions team based in Perth. You will collaborate closely with highly esteemed leaders, boasting decades of experience in their field. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of legal matters, spanning disputes on major projects and complex clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and draft transactional documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on a range of M&A matters.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
