THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Capital Raising practice is booming, and we’re looking for an experienced Lawyer to join the team. In this position, you will assist our growing number of clients with an exciting range of capital raises, acting for startups, scaleups and venture capital funds.
This role will allow you to partner with Australia’s leading startups and venture capital funds on multimillion dollar deals to meaningfully impact their growth. We have worked with an impressive list of startup and venture capital clients at various stages in their lifecycle; from set up to acting on their seed/Series A/Series B rounds, and beyond.
This position is ideal for an experienced and energetic lawyer with broad expertise in corporate law, ideally within a recognised firm or company. You should have experience in running matters in a fast paced environment. Candidates from outside Sydney are welcome to apply - in this role you can work from anywhere in Australia!
