What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

Previous experience in technology/IT contracting
Interest and/or experience in M&A, investments and other corporate transactions
A keen interest in, and understanding of, the commercial and strategic drivers underpinning legal matters
An ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders
