Lawyer - Your Role :
Providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients spanning a wide array of concerns, with a specialized focus on guiding them through general banking transactions, such as fund finance, corporate finance, asset finance, securitisation, and capital markets.
Effectively managing a portfolio of clients, which includes both local and international entities, as well as prestigious foreign law firms.
Taking an active role in driving business development initiatives, actively promoting the firm, and identifying novel opportunities for expanding our services and fostering collaboration.
Operating as an integral part of a team, maintaining regular engagement with partners, and actively contributing to the exchange of expertise and insights within the team dynamic.

Lawyer - Your Profile:

• Between 2 and 4 years’ experience as a lawyer.
• Must have passed the CCDL and be on list II. List 1 or 4 is an asset.
• Fluency in English required, French and German are additional assets.
• Previous experience in a Magic Circle or a firm with an international presence is appreciated.
• Willing, ambitious and keen to develop their professional network.
