With a consistent increase in work from some of Australia’s largest home and contents insurers, our Property Damage Recoveries team have a brand new opportunity for a lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE to join their team.
Working under the guidance of a supportive Partner, this position will see you taking instructions and providing initial advices, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers and other lawyers, negotiating outcomes and attending to all stages of the litigation process. Additionally, there are opportunities to assist in business development.
