EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of post-admission experience (PAE), with a background in commercial litigation gained within a reputable mid to top-tier firm. Demonstrated proficiency in navigating court procedures, and preparing evidence and pleadings is essential, alongside the ability to manage the requests of multiple partners simultaneously.
A genuine passion for cultivating a long-term career in Litigation and Disputes is paramount, coupled with a keen eagerness to learn and the capacity to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled lawyer to join our esteemed Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. Reporting to Sydney’s head of Litigation, you will collaborate closely with a seasoned group of professionals and be afforded the opportunity to engage in significant and intricate dispute matters spanning various industries.
In this role, you will manage a diverse range of cases including corporate disputes, contractual disagreements, breaches of competition and consumer protection laws, as well as tax-related disputes. Additionally, this role provides an exciting chance to be part of a tight-knit, well-respected team, offering continual professional growth opportunities and exposure to rewarding client engagements.
