Our client is a rapidly growing law firm in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and we are assisting this firm in recruiting a Personal Injury Lawyer focusing on the emerging area of Historical Institutional Abuse litigation.

Work directly with the Managing Director on a variety of litigated cases, presenting an excellent opportunity for career progression and growth in a professional, dynamic environment.

• Competitive salary range of AUD100,000 - AUD250,000 ++ dependent on experience and skills (eg: range 3 yrs PAE to 10 yrs PAE +)

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience in Personal Injury Law, particularly in Public Liability and/or Abuse Law
• Empathy for clients coupled with a determined, results-driven approach
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Desire to be involved in an emerging area of litigation
• Interest in career progression and autonomy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Australian (or NZ) Legal qualification and practicing certificate in NSW (or be eligible for one)
• Demonstrated experience in litigated cases with successful outcomes
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
