REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 8 years’ experience in broad general commercial litigation, insolvency litigation and/or banking litigation. Experience in large commercial disputes matters is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers
• Excellent attention to detail
• Superior analytical and communication skills
• Effective client collaboration abilities

Due to growth in the practice, there is an opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Disputes team in Sydney team.
This role will see you work on a wide array of commercial and civil litigation cases, offering tailored advice to a diverse client base ranging from government entities to ASX listed companies, small businesses, and individuals.
