In the coming months, we will be re-launching this iconic brand under new ownership, and are looking for a people first, collaborative and experienced Manager to help lead the team.
Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Restaurant Manager at Le Crocodile Restaurant. The Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. They will be responsible for managing the schedule, improving operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Vancouver, BC.
The applicant must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and customer service. An outstanding floor presence, polished appearance, excellent communications skills, and multitasking skills are required for the position.
