- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing technicians, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain up-to-date site induction documentation and certifications to uphold safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for installation-related queries, providing timely assistance and solutions to team members.
- Collaborate with other state-based Installation Technicians to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
