  • Lead and mentor a team of Installation Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure top-quality installations.
  • Coordinate with scheduling staff to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing technicians, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain up-to-date site induction documentation and certifications to uphold safety standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for installation-related queries, providing timely assistance and solutions to team members.
  • Collaborate with other state-based Installation Technicians to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
