Our client Tūwharetoa ki Kawerau Hauora are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, well-organised Lead Administrator to join their team. Established in 1995, our client provides quality health, social and education services that improve the well-being of Iwi and the wider community for all who reside within the rohe of Tuwharetoa Ki Kawerau and Eastern Bay of Plenty.

Responsibilities:
HE AHA TE TŪNGA | ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to Tumu Whakarae (CEO) you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative requirements, roles and scope of positions are reviewed to best support the Hauora. Key functions include providing administrative support to operations, programmes and services to enhance the performance and business of Tūwharetoa ki Kawerau. Conducting reviews and analysing workflows to streamline efficiencies are also key duties of this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
- Administration team review, analysis of roles, duties, and responsibilities
- Complete reviews with administrative kaimahi, identify ways to streamline workflows
- Provide training, development and support to the administration team and management
- Monitor team performance, motivate and coach team members as required
- HR administration and onboarding, organise inductions and orientation
- Oversee general administration duties to ensure smooth running of the Hauora
- Organise catering for meetings and take meeting minutes
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance repairs
- Oversee IT and database, including allocation of assets and electronic equipment
- Liaison with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support Team Lead and Service Manager when requested
