Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Workday Advanced Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards Compensation team within HR Product Management.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the evolution of the compensation product as we strive to deliver thoughtful and effective solutions for managers across the globe. Reporting to the Product Management Senior Manager of Compensation, this role will act as the Lead Analyst on the Compensation Product team.
This role, as part of the Agile team, will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes, requirements, and business needs.
In this role, you will:
- Function as the lead internal consultant partnering with technology and business groups building and/or re-engineering Compensation technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
- Work closely with business partners to produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
- Lead the planning, support, and execution of configuration and testing activities.
- Write effective user stories with clear descriptions and user acceptance that captures the detailed requirements and testing conditions for acceptance.
- Execution of testing user stories during product sprints including setting up scenarios, loading sample date, and capturing detailed results of each test.
- Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
- Leverage prior experience to help influence, guide and support other team members.
