Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or a related field
- A master’s degree in a related field is an asset
- Proven experience in functional analysis, ideally in projects involving AI or machine learning solutions
- Solid understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing or computer vision
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear specifications
- Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of modeling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN) is an asse
Responsibilities:
Needs analysis: Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and define specific requirements for AI solutions
Development of functional specifications: Document detailed functional requirements, user flows, use cases and test scenarios to guide the development and evaluation of AI solutions
Process modeling: Create clear process flow diagrams and data models to illustrate interactions between users, existing systems and new AI components
Collaboration with development team: Work closely with data scientists, developers and machine learning engineers to ensure that functional specifications are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities
Testing and validation: Design and execute test plans to validate that AI solutions meet functional requirements and user expectations
User support and training: Provide end-user support, create training materials and help integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
Technology watch: Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the field of AI, assessing their application potential within the company
