Onfy currently has two analysts on board and is seeking an experienced individual to assume a leadership role, overseeing their coordination, driving the data analytics strategy, and actively engaging in hypothesis generation, deep product analysis, and insight discovery

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in data analytics
• Proficiency in mathematical statistics and its practical application
• Advanced Python programming skills (Pandas, Numpy)
• Ability to select appropriate methods for data evaluation: analytics, research, or utilization of external data
• Experience in conducting A/B experiments
• Capability to solve complex problems with incomplete data
• Previous experience leading an analytics team for over 1 year
