• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and objectives for deploying SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and People Stories.
• Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports in SAC to enable real-time data analysis and decision-making
• Define guiding principles for designing within SAC that will ensure optimal performance, employee experience, and scalability of our analytics solutions
• Leveraging your strong understanding of the SuccessFactors data model and RBP practices to lead the assessment of legacy reports, defining transition strategies for SAC and People Analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
• Provide SAC and People Stories training and support to the People Analytics team
• Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow between HR data sources and Analytics Tools
