What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Team Lead to provide expert support on planning for agile pod composition including headcount, budgeting and resourcing.
- Provide regular support to Team Leads on day-to-day operations management including scheduling, and reacting to fluctuations in demand and communication of implications to EEC (Employee Experience Centre)
- Monitors & tracks team’s dashboard and Kanban board ensure that the pods have clear resourcing strategy in the short & medium term
- Monitors and manages team workload, utilization and back-up system
- Identifies resourcing strategy for peak period, SME requirements for projects and seasonal resourcing.
- Provide support to Team Leads on BCP activation.
- Collaborates with CI Leads and co-resource Managers on best practice sharing to ensure seamless delivery of case resolutions across pods.
- Support the team lead in driving & championing a cohesive and employee experience centered way of working.
- Support the team in managing complex cases within the pod.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources and/or equivalent experience in workforce/resource planning
- Excellent forecasting skills, critical thinking and analytical skills
