Job Description

  • Carry out the Audit and Training in compliance of requirements set in procedures, instructions, and other necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated on all skill development, code qualification, regulatory and industrial requirements related to audits and certifications.
  • Prepare audit reports in line with set requirements, including classification of all/ any non-conformities and submit it to the technical coordinator for review process as per TAT.
  • Coordinate with all audit team members to agree on final recommendation, consistent with audit findings, including classification of all/any non-conformities.
  • Follow-up on non-conformities, or re-audit where necessary, to ensure that they are closed out in line with procedural requirements.
  • Adhere to relevant internal standards, procedures and protocols (e.g., QHSE, Integrity, Sustainability, Professional Conduct etc.)
  • Ensure completion of all assigned work and relevant documentation in accordance with required procedures and standards to fulfil customer’s expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BRCGS Food Safety\ BRCGS Packaging Materials\ FSSC\ Quality Lead Auditor with 3rd party auditing experience.
  • IRCA approved tutor
  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification (Post Graduation added advantage)
  • Multi Lingual capability (Arabic & English preferrable)
  • Worked with ISO 9001/ 22000 / 45001 certified companies.
  • Have a competent working knowledge of recognized Quality, Food Safety & Occupational Health & Safety management systems standards
  • Excellent working knowledge of management systems, standards and compliance/auditing techniques
  • Effective interpersonal skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change – committed to continuous personal and professional development.
