Lead Behavioural Therapist (Halton Region) - Contract

• Direct observation and direct assessment (e.g., preference assessments, functional analysis)
• Data collection and graphing
• Development of program materials, data collection systems, training materials etc.
• Ongoing training of direct care staff (e.g. respite workers, group home staff, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge in evidence-based practice and provincial regulations (e.g., Quality Assurance Measures, CYFSA)
• Direct implementation of behaviour support plans (including behaviour reduction procedures and skill acquisition programs)
• Assist in development of assessment and intervention plans
• Critical review of current behaviour support plans
• Ongoing monitoring of behaviour support plans
