Overview:
Work at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of BCBAs! Helping Hands Family (HHF) provides ABA services in our clinics, in family homes, and in the community. Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.
Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. HHF provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU trainings, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.
Salary Plus Bonus: $75,000-$100,000

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ BCBA Certification issued by the BACB.
✔ Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
✔ Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs).
✔ Confident verbal and strong written communication skills.
✔ Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire.
✔ Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
✔ Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient
  • Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs
  • Develop and monitor data collection
  • Provide parent training
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with patients families and respond to questions in a timely manner
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis
  • Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings
  • Uphold regular treatment integrity checks
  • Adhere to the relevant CPT codes
