Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Accountability Specialist within the Consumer, Small, and Business Banking (CSBB) Tool Governance program.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve the program lead for CSBB Model Governance, providing front line Model Governance responsibility for models throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage CSBB wide management reporting and risk assessment deliverables
  • Monitor model specific policy requirements and ensure businesses complete required activities in a timely manner
  • Manage materials for the CSBB Model Risk Council
  • Lead cross-team activities such as policy gap analysis and implementation plan, model stakeholder training coordination, model identification Deep Dive, job aid refresh processes
  • Support RCSA control requirements and procedure updates
  • Independently make decisions and resolve issues in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business’s functional area or products, operations, and regulatory environment
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers to identify current and emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, and provide guidance in interpreting, developing, and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
  • May lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
