About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a great opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Hunter Program based in Adelaide, reporting to the Manager Strategy & Architecture - Maritime

Responsibilities:

  • Mastermind the alignment of our BA team’s efforts with the overarching strategic objectives, turning visionary strategies into measurable business outcomes.
  • Cultivate a realm of excellence and innovation within the BA team, guiding, mentoring, and inspiring towards greatness, setting clear objectives, and charting the paths for professional growth.
  • Build and nurture vital alliances with key stakeholders, ensuring a symphony of collaboration and communication across diverse teams, to help us take initiatives from standing start to standing ovation.
  • Champion the BA initiatives to discover, dissect, validate, and document the strategic and functional blueprints that propel our ambitions forward.
  • Reimagine and refine our BA methodologies, embracing the new and the next, to escalate our efficiency and efficacy, keeping us steps ahead.
  • Guarantee that the fruits of the BA team’s labours—be it requirements documents, business cases, or other critical deliverables—exceed expectations and align perfectly with our strategic aspirations.
  • Collaborate intimately with architects and project managers and delivery teams to ensure the work conducted by BAs sets everyone up for success.
