Description:
Davidson is excited to partner with a local council in their search for a talented Lead Business Analyst. This is a 24 month fixed term opportunity with hybrid working from home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Requirements Gathering Workshops: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to technology configuration and organizational change, and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the project team, stakeholders, and implementation partners.
- Change Impact Analysis: Conduct comprehensive impact analysis to assess the implications of proposed changes on existing processes and systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process optimization and innovation within the ERP system and associated business processes.
