• Lead a team of business analysts to define a business operating model to support project outcomes and future strategic solutions.
• Work with stakeholders as directed to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems.
• To steward the direction of the business analysis practice across the Westpac Group towards industry best practice.
