New York: $96,600-$206,100 annually

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Implementation and Change Management Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for changes that impact the National Branch Network.
This requisition will support openings that become available in the market over the next 3-6 months.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead/manage execution of implementation strategy for multiple complex projects at one time, including leveraging appropriate change tools to support readiness for implementation, including but not limited to, change assessments, consult with partners around communications and learning plan (including formal training as appropriate), implementation plan, and sustainability plan.
  • Consult with initiative owners as defined by the implementation strategy including, but not limited to, understanding scope of change, review change strategy and corresponding tactics, provide guidance on alignment with Branch priorities, identifying learning/readiness needs, providing appropriate guidance on additional consults, and assessing overall readiness for implementation.
  • Collaborate with partners to care for process impacts and ensure monitoring and controls where applicable to reduce execution risk, drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
  • Consult with the National Advice & Acquisition Branch Readiness team on creation of learning/readiness materials within the implementation strategy.
  • Consult with National Advice & Acquisition, Branch Systems & Transformation peer teams and/or regional services partners to support line leader and employee readiness for new initiatives.
  • Operationalize change management plans on Branch Banking branch initiatives to facilitate the successful implementation and faster adoption of new products/processes/technologies
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
  • Follow consistent process using change tools to support project team from ideation through branch implementation.
  • Collaborate and partner with peers within the National Advice & Acquisition team, Branch Systems & Transformation team, sponsors, initiative owners, legal/risk/control/compliance partners, project managers, etc.
