YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Master’s degree in economics, computer science, software engineering or comparable professional experience, combined with solid knowledge of the bank’s business processes.
• Several years of professional experience as a BFA or Product Owner, especially in complex environments involving multiple applications, ideally also as a team lead
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to converting ideas into requirements in a Scaled Agile environment.
• Excellent presentation and persuasive communication skills
• Security in using the standard tools (Jira, Confluence) and in BPMN 2.0, Adonis
• Fluent in English and German

• Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
• Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
• Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation.
• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to become the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing and maintaining solutions.
