ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Project Design experience especially for onshore petrochemical / refining facilities for Major Capital Projects
• In depth knowledge of design requirements for onshore petrochemical project and brownfield assessment
• Familiarity on design requirements on modules will be advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate design activities
• Good working knowledge on FEED and Detail Design requirements

• Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Civil and Structure Engineering and Design team assigned to the project.
• Handle Civil and Structure matters by interfacing with Project Management, the Refinery Electrical Department, Vendors, and contractors.
• Review Specifications for Soil/Site Investigation and Marine Survey.
• Coordinate for preparation of Project Standards.
• Ensure Project Requirement Specification meets local and international codes and standards and Project Standards.
• Coordinate work with other discipline such as architectural, mechanical, electrical etc.
• Evaluate BM/BQ of Civil & Structure for Cost Estimate as well as construction cost
