An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse to join the team as the Lead Clinical Educator working across sites (Royal/County/CDC).
We are seeking an individual who has a passion for education, innovative thinker, proven leadership and management skills, highly motivated with excellent communication skills. If this is you, then we would like to hear from you.
The post holder will have responsibility for providing a progressive learning environment for all grades of nursing staff.
The post-holder will provide leadership, and management support, to the team of practice development nurses, in the development of registered nurses, health care support workers and students.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Matrons, Clinical Educators, Senior Sisters/Charge Nurses and other members of the MDT.
