Responsibilities:
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Commissioning Technician to join us and work on multiple renewables project. You will provide hands on leadership and supervision to our field crews and ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Coordination and distribution of work scopes to personnel ensuring timely execution in line with the project schedule.
- Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, specifications and project plans to determine sequences and method of operation.
- Install and connect electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, communication systems and other electrical equipment required.
- Install and terminate electrical wiring, cables and conduits, ensuring proper organisation and routing. Maintain accurate documentation of wiring diagrams and circuit configurations.
- Installation of electrical switchboards.
- Checking control sequences, interlocks and safety features to ensure they operate correctly.
