In this role, you will:
- Provide strategic editing support and oversight for the customer service procedure team
- Establish, document and implement the editorial review process for all procedure publications
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training outlining expectations for Wells Fargo writing guidelines and brand standards, with a focus on transforming complex information and details into simplified and easy-to-understand content
- Identify opportunities to optimize procedures and content - assess opportunities for consolidation, reduced content, retirement and other options to streamline and improve usability
- Consult and collaborate with leadership and internal business partners to identify objectives, plans, and designs to ensure successful execution of procedural updates
