Lead Consultant - Agile Coach/Sr. Scrum Master

Infosys is seeking a Java Microservices Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

• Agile Consulting- Experience in consulting clients in transforming to Agile using frameworks like SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework), DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery), Kanban, LeSS (Large Scale Scrum), Spotify etc.
• Diagnose current state of Agile practices and suggest improvement actions.
• Define an Agile adoption/transformation strategy at various levels- enterprise, portfolio, program and team.
• Coach teams and help them improve their Agile maturity.
• Design and deliver appropriate Agile training interventions.
• Influence client stakeholders and help them understand the benefits of Agile adoption on a need basis;
• Coach teams in adopting engineering practices
• Develop and deliver customized , role-based Agile coaching/ training interventions.
• Agile, SAFE, Kanban, Spotify, Scrum,
• Deep -rooted expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management ) tool such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps .
• Strong coaching skills, resolving conflicts, helping teams make decisions and set goals
• Enthusiasm for practicing and institutionalizing of learning mindset with excellent problem solving and influencing skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to faster changing environments
• Experience in DevOps is an asset
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is an asset
• Flexible to travel
