Skills and Competencies:

• Lead the estimation, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders
• Define, review and finalize solution Design
• Prepare solution design document based on the scalable architecture and solution design best practices

As a Technology lead, candidate’s responsibilities would be contributing to the project in the following areas:

• Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Development and Testing of customer solutions.
• Develop new and complex, high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements using a combination of vendor products and custom software.
• Gather requirements from client and design the application modules, base classes and utility classes using VB.NET , webservices and webAPI
• Participate in the technical review of project deliverables including requirement specifications, functional designs, technical designs and other project documentation to ensure the testability of requirements.
• Work with offshore team and conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and fixing application issues in Production and Non-Production environment.
• Creating and maintaining the project schedule and updating the status in SCRUM Daily standup meeting.
• Execute the Deployment Plans and create the Change Records with testing and analysis results.
• Manage defects according to established processes, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
• Setting up environments for upcoming releases (Deployments), data refresh.

Skills and Competencies:

• Implement architecture using design patterns, reusable components, and handle design issues.
• Create and work on complex stored procedures, optimizing stored procedures.
• Implementing validations and code logics using client side technologies – JavaScript and jQuery
• Enrichment Process Redesign and Build
• Knowledge on build and configuration of deployment pipelines
• Define deployment strategy and align it with business requirements and enterprise best practices
• Define Test plan and strategy for functional testing
• Define goals/success criteria for performance testing
• Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutioning
• Bring unresolved issues with the client, understand stakeholder views and resolve the issues
• Identify quality goals and processes with the help from QA and prepare a comprehensive quality plan to ensure high quality delivery.

Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
