ROLE –LEAD CONSULTANT- RECRUITMENT

YOUR ROLE

In the role of a Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions through the SDLC lifecycle
• Coordinate with client and project team (Onsite and Offshore members )

Required

• 10+ years of experience with ME Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• 5+ years of Techno functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud –Recruitment Cloud
• 2+ years of experience in working on at least one additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management.
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Recruitment.
• Conversant with HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting,
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Should be able to communicate in Arabic.
• Experience of working with government agencies, systems, and applications

Preferred

• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
