In the role of Test Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and Test design artefacts and test automation frameworks. You will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client’s requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Required

• Candidate should have minimum 12 years of extensive test automation design experience, working with different technologies to create automation testing solutions.
• Expertise in Automation testing framework design, Automation test strategy, execution analysis and reporting
• Develop automation framework for our clients for their applications on different technology stack using BDD, Java/Cucumber or .Net/Specflow, Playwright and Selenium
• Candidate should build fit for purpose test solution, control and maintain quality standards, drive selection and usage of appropriate test tools.
• Candidate should have expertise in designing, creating, and maintaining automation frameworks at different application layers such as front end, API and back end.
• Candidate should be able to define and Manage Automation Test Strategy for large transformations and modernization programs.
• Experience in working on RFPs to propose different types of testing solutions to clients.
• Coordinate with Technical Architects, Developers and Scrum Master to come up with appropriate test automation solutions for application which is going through transformation.
• Working experience within a defined Agile DevOps environment using Scrum frameworks
• Maintaining backlogs, tasks, test reports in Azure DevOps tool and attending daily stand-ups
• Creating, coordinating, and executing testing tasks for sprints using Azure DevOps tools
• Ensuring best testing practices are applied for testing the application under test
• Strong stakeholder management for leading demos with business for their testing needs
• Managing defects & escalations via daily defect Triage process

Preferred

• Candidate should have expertise working on energy trading applications.
• Candidate should have expertise in designing, creating, and maintaining automation frameworks at different application layers such as front end, API and back end.
• Candidate should have worked on creating automation testing framework for energy trading and risk management applications.
