As the Lead Contract Support you will be at the heart of our IFM contract operations, with full awareness of all the activities each of our departments are undertaking. Working closely with the wider Sodexo team and the client, you will ensure everyone is aware of the operational activities and that we deliver a seamless operation.

Responsibilities:
- Experience of working in a facilities maintenance or similar help desk role.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in both oral and written form.
- Proficient organisational and planning skills showing attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative by working proactively both within a team and independently.
- Drives completion of work orders through proactiveness and strong communication
- Able to anticipate customer needs and build strong working relationships
