Description:

As a lead creative copywriter, you will be creating national campaigns by crafting clear and engaging copy that speaks in the brand tone of voice.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the Greater Vancouver area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop high-visibility campaigns across all channels
  • Present ideas to clients and stakeholders that are clear, attractive, and compelling
  • Champion and contribute to developing the brand voice
  • Collaborate with visual design, video production and other teams to bring your ideas to life
  • Use your entrepreneurial spirit and strategic thinking in a dynamic environment
  • Learn and be elevated by a supportive and experienced team
  • Lead and inspire other copywriters to drive continuous improvement in area of expertise

What we’re looking for:

  • You love creating engaging content that connects emotionally with consumers
  • Strong fundamentals in copywriting and proficiency in spoken and written English
  • 7+ years of proven working experience as a copywriter
  • Experience working within a creative or in-house agency with a retail brand
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in multichannel advertising and the ability to capture a brand’s tone or identity

Annual salary: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00
