Description:

We’re currently looking for a Lead Customer Support to join our team in the City Center Office in Szczecin. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our Key Account Manager in managing our global customer base on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance with sales processes, pricing strategies, calculations, and facilitating internal communication between departments and with our customers. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for preparing quotations for both new and existing products.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Support, Sales Back-office, Finance Controlling, or similar roles within an international company.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably D365, and related master data management.
  • Good skills in MS Excel and MS Office suite.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on optimization.
  • Proactive approach with adept problem-solving skills.
  • Solid commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a supportive mindset.
  • Proficient in business English

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in Key Account Manager (KAM) and customer meetings to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Handle product calculations, trade agreements, vendor declarations, and pricing lists for customers.
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing various inquiries and agreements to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist the Analyst Team in conducting product calculations and evaluating their outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to execute price calculations and prepare external documents for projects.
