We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong foundation in Business Administration or Economics to enhance our dynamic Research team. Our mission is to streamline the accessibility of our client’s comprehensive research and analyst team to institutional clients through an innovative web platform and cutting-edge chat tools, including AI-driven chat functionalities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar major. MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of financial services experience; 2+ years of proven experience in data annotation and LLMs and 1+ year of proven team management/leadership abilities preferred.
• Oral and written knowledge of English at a fluid level.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Familiarity with annotation practices, tools, and machine learning preferred.
• Ability to create and modify data annotation guidance, processes, etc.
• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Great customer service orientation.
• Proactive and teamwork oriented; strong communication skills.

AS A LEAD DATA ANALYST IN ACUITY KNOWLEDGE PARTNERS, SOME OF YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE TO:

• Develop and refine annotation framework and guidelines.
• Oversee the annotation of datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Implement quality measures and metrics to maintain high standards of data labeling and annotations.
• Participate in hands-on annotation work.
• Design and customize tools to enhance efficiency and ensure quality annotations.
• Train and mentor junior annotators.
• Collaborate with team to align annotation strategies with project goals and product missions.
• Create and maintain consistent and actionable reporting of annotations.
• Monitor and report on the progress of annotation projects.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Implement and act in accordance with Acuity Knowledge Partners’ Information Security Policy.
2.Identify risks when working with external parties.
3.Ensure information security when dealing with customers.
