JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and modeling, as well as the ability to lead Data Engineering and Data Visualization projects. As the Lead Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing business processes, and providing insights to support strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on data analytics and modeling.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as SQL.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of Data Engineering principles and experience with data preparation, integration, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading and managing projects.

• Lead and manage Data Engineering and Data Visualization projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
• Understand the business needs to create leading KPI’s with relevant report and interactive dashboards.
• Be the regional lead responsible for global projects supporting AI rollout.
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from large and complex datasets.
• Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, define metrics, and establish data collection processes.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and modeling.
