Role: Lead Data Analyst
Location: Manchester
Hours: 8:45am – 5:15pm Monday - Friday
Package: Up to £70k OTE

As part of this growth, we are expanding our team to maximize the value from the wealth of data stored within the organisation.
This position will sit within our Client Services department but will benefit from strong ties to the broader Data & Analytics department, ensuring comprehensive support and collaboration. A dedicated data engineering and reporting team will support you, enabling a focused effort on deriving meaningful value and insights from our data. The primary responsibility involves generating regular insights into client behaviours, retention rates, health scores, and product usage patterns.
This role is perfect for individuals passionate about applying analytical methods to foster data-driven decision-making. You will harness your analytical prowess to identify new opportunities for enhancing client services and our product offering. Responsibilities:

  • Perform statistical analysis to uncover new commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to define client services data models
  • Design and build analytical models to forecast and predict behaviours
  • Churn analysis and insight
  • Segment the client base into meaningful audiences/profiles
  • Support with the insight and interpretation of client surveys
  • Use root cause analysis to identify client issues
  • Capture requirements for client service reporting
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within our client base
  • Deep dive into customer behaviours
  • Communicating with the senior leadership of client services
