About the Role
GoodRx is searching for a seasoned data analytics lead to spearhead our efforts in analyzing pricing, claims processing, and healthcare network product performance. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and results-oriented professional with a passion for transforming healthcare data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:

Data Acquisition and Management

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines for capturing and integrating pricing, claims processing, and healthcare network data.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency through effective data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Partner with product and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize new data elements critical for analysis.

Advanced Analytics and Reporting

  • Develop and implement robust analytical models to assess the performance of GoodRx’s healthcare network products. This may include pricing analysis, claims processing efficiency metrics, and network utilization rates.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights to internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., product, sales, finance).
  • Leverage data visualization tools to present findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Strategic Insights and Recommendations:

  • Analyze RxSaver sales representative performance to identify key trends and communicate findings externally to the sales organization.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing pricing strategies, streamlining claims processing workflows, and enhancing healthcare network performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product development, network expansion, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks impacting healthcare network product success through data-driven analysis.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Strategy leads to achieve the RxSaver business goals
  • Foster strong relationships with product managers, network operations teams, and business development teams to ensure alignment between data analysis and business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analytics, and share relevant knowledge with the broader team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or a related field.
  • Experience with healthcare claims data analysis.
  • Expertise in SQL and proficiency in data manipulation techniques.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) (a plus).
  • Experience in building, managing, maintaining and visualizing retail pharmacy and/or medical claims data pipelines (a big plus).
  • Experience working with GoodRx’s data stack (AWS, dbt, Looker) (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its evolving landscape (highly preferred).

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $143,000.00 - $229,000.00
New York Office:
$131,000.00 - $210,000.00
Santa Monica Office:
$119,000.00 - $191,000.00
Other Office Locations:
$107,000.00 - $172,000.00
