Responsibilities:
- You provide technical leadership to a team of data scientists and continuously improve our capability to deliver data science, ML or GenAI solutions
- You regularly take over the responsibility for Data & AI projects - from requirements analysis to recommending appropriate solutions to staffing the project team
- You help us get better: Suggest and introduce improvements to how we work, collaborate, or execute especially with regard to the implementation of GenAI, data science and machine learning solutions. Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to develop standards and reusable functionality
- You build sustainable relationships with stakeholders and showcase our capabilities and projects at internal and external events and conferences on a regular basis.
- You support the recruitment and development of our data scientists’ team in collaboration with the department leadership
