QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual: fluent in French and English (ESSENTIAL).
  • 5+ years professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or business administration, economics or finance.
  • Comfortable presenting and conveying your enthusiasm for data in front of agency members.
  • Know how to access different databases and create advanced queries for data analysis. Strong knowledge of SQL, expert knowledge of Python or R
  • Proven statistical experience in machine learning, both creating and maintaining models, as well as mentoring analysts in finding the right methods to solve problems.
  • Advanced knowledge of data models, infrastructure and architecture.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity (with customers who don’t always know the impact of their data decisions)
  • Proven expertise in data quality, knowledge of various cleansing techniques and data integrity verification.
  • Good ability to visualize data in Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Quicksight or another data visualization tool in the category.
  • Ability to mix and analyze different data sets to offer clear and accurate analysis to different audiences.
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the guardian and champion of a data-centric culture at Nurun.
  • Lead mandates and support clients in mandates.
