REQUIREMENTS

You will be responsible for machine learning, leading, mentoring and supporting anyone working on machine learning. There will be no line-management responsibilities to begin with, but that may well be added later.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Machine learning experience in the real world
• Excellent ability to communicate with people with different backgrounds, including mentoring/teaching
• Low ego / team player
• Evolved problem solving skills
• Machine learning expertise and experience
• Fluent in Python
• Used to software development best practices and workflow

As our Lead Data Scientist, you’ll spearhead our machine learning initiatives, shaping the future of data-driven strategies across every stage of our operations — from loan origination to debt collection. You’ll have the opportunity to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of pioneering machine learning models that transform complex data into actionable insights and substantial value.
