• You serve as primary point of contact for the leadership team, mentor other team members and cultivate a culture of continuous learning
• You provide support for projects and initiatives, particularly during the initial setup phase, collaborating with the team to develop a suitable architecture, estimating efforts, and assigning suitable and available Data Visualisation Engineers
• You feel comfortable leading Data & AI projects on a regular basis in very close collaboration with our internal clients while ensuring high quality and stability with focus on visualisation best-practices and evangelizing branding standards
• You take ownership of technical evaluations of new candidates during the hiring process
• You stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data visualisation and dashboarding. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data visualisation and analysis capabilities
