The person in this position is expected to take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. We are looking at a somewhat faster-than-average pace to be the norm for this position. The position will involve equal parts technical leadership and people leadership and an ideal candidate will be able to take on both a teaching role and be an empathetic steward of their team. An individual who enjoys orchestrating the operation of complex systems while periodically diving deep into details will excel at this role.

• PLM and ECO management experience.
• 3D modeling / 2D modeling of process equipment.
• Engineering management.
• Design for manufacturability experience in the process equipment space

• PLM and ECO in the Odoo software environment.
• Skid based process equipment design experience.
• Industrial refrigeration equipment design experience.
• MVR, distillation, or other liquid-liquid separation design experience.
• Thermal system design experience including modeling in native python environment

Job functions

• Lead team responsible for mechanical design of process equipment
• Create, document, and maintain engineering systems across entire organization
• Drive system reliability and manufacturability through execution of engineering system
• Hire and train junior and entry level engineers

This position is full time on premise at our Denver based HQ. You are also expected to travel 25% of the time.
Pay Range: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year depending on experience
Job titles may range from Lead Design Engineer to Director of Engineering based on experience.
