Lead Designer MEP - Singapore

As our Lead - MEP, You will be leading the MEPF Design for Space Matrix and be aligned to Space Matrix goals and targets of revenue, client acquisitions, client retention through client success and thought leadership.

Specific Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for understanding from the MEP perspective, the client’s key business drivers influencing their decision-making process and how these decisions will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.
• You will be leading and owning the Design activities for MEP vertical and create holistic solutioning to fulfill client’s needs .
• You will be driving the Space Matrix proposition to be most value added/unique for the pitch/proposals.
• You will ensure to create coordinated solutions and work together as an effective team member towards common goals.
• You will lead all the projects as MEP Lead and make sure the project is successful and well within the budget and timeline with highest client satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for the quality of MEP design and will make sure all designs are within the budget.
• You will attend all client meetings to explain the design concept and detailed design. Visit sites as per the project requirement and provide solutions where and when required.
• You will review all drawings in Revit/AutoCAD and prepare BOQ and budget for projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have a minimum 10 years of experience in the building/ construction industry.
• You have relevant experience in corporate/ workplace projects.
• You are tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting latest technology initiatives.
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
• You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
