The Digital Insights team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on new digital opportunities to improve the guest experience for lululemon. We transform complex data problems into actionable insights, supporting holistic digital strategies and promoting data-informed decision-making across the organization. As champions of the guest experience, we continuously seek opportunities to optimize the web and app journeys and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive digital innovation.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
As a Lead Digital Analyst for the Digital Insights team, you use data-driven thinking to support lululemon in understanding, testing, and building the most personal, delightful online and omnichannel guest experiences possible. You lead other analysts and cross-functional groups in delivering highly complex analyses, providing insights to drive strategic decision making for Product & Business leaders. We expect you to have a passion for creating business insights that challenge assumptions with data to inspire positive change.
- Analyze the guest’s digital journey data to understand behaviors, preferences, and buying patterns while identifying any gaps and opportunities for optimization on our digital properties.
- Analyze large datasets using programming languages like SQL, Python or R, data tools like Excel & Adobe, and present findings effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Present findings to key stakeholders including product leaders at an SVP, VP & Director level as well as address any next steps and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce analytics, data science, designers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders.
- Lead KPI workshops and act as a consultant to digital product leaders and eCommerce business teams.
qualifications
- 5+ years working with digital data analysis, preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, marketing, data science, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge working in web analytics & data visualization tools for example Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric & PowerBI (preferred).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python/R, and advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Proven leadership skills with experience developing teammates.
- Can develop and lead presentations communicating findings to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $162,100 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
